Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you") and VAASRA Technologies ("VAASRA", "we", "us"), with its principal place of business in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.

By downloading, registering for, or using the VAASRA application, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the application.

Electronic Consent

By tapping "I Agree", creating an account, or continuing to use the VAASRA application, you consent to these Terms and to entering into this agreement electronically. Your electronic acceptance has the same legal effect as a handwritten signature under the Information Technology Act, 2000.

Nature of VAASRA's Services

VAASRA is a technology platform that:

• Connects property owners and prospective tenants directly without the use of brokers
• Provides tools for listing, discovering, and managing rental properties
• Enables move-in documentation for deposit protection
• Facilitates private messaging between owners and tenants
• Tracks rent payment records at user request
• Records tenancy terms agreed between an owner and a tenant, and issues rent receipts when an owner confirms a payment

IMPORTANT: VAASRA is NOT a real estate broker, agent, intermediary, or property manager. We do not own, operate, manage, or control any property listed on our platform. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or legitimacy of any listing. We are not a party to any rental agreement between users, which is a private transaction solely between those parties.
